Will Work? Yeah Right!
Fly fishers, especially fly fishing guides, have long been known to be proven menaces to society. Well, Bryan and Spencer are proving it yet again. These guys will actually pass on the food and cash donations if you have a few Parachute Adams or, better yet, some scraggly unnamed fly from a late night tying binge that you just knew was going to be a killer. (Yeah, that one that looked great until the sleep deprivation wore off and that one-time beauty got relegated to the bottom of your most obscure fly box never to get wet, even when you fall in the river.)
Anyway, given the chance, these guys will actually fight each other for that ultra-ugly fly, just to show you it can actually catch a fish, however, only really proving their capacity to entirely irritate some poor old trout into striking out of sheer annoyance or perhaps disgust. These are trout bums of the first order indeed.
